The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than expiration of three years from the date of this permission. No ducts, pipes, rainwater goods, vents, flues or other external attachments shall be fitted or installed unless in accordance with details that have been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. These details should include the placement, appearance, and finish of any external attachments. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details. No works shall be undertaken to the interior walls, floors or ceilings until details of the proposed works have been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The details shall include a schedule of proposed build ups, treatments, and finishes for walls, floors, and ceilings, a method statement to describe the preparation of surfaces and application of the proposed treatments and finishes, and details of any attachments. This is to include details and a specification of lime to be used in any plastering works. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Before any internal insulation or damp proofing measures are inserted, details of their construction, materials, design and methods of installation shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details. No installation of any fitted or fixed kitchen cabinetry or associated worktops and other attachments shall commence until full details of the cabinetry, worktops and other attachments, including details of any fixings, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Such details shall comprise cross-sections, profiles, materials, finish and colour, and section drawings to demonstrate the relationship between the cabinetry, worktops and other attachments, and the internal walls and floor of the room, including any architectural features. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To preserve the heritage asset, its setting and its features of special architectural interest, in line with Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032 Policy D26.

No external windows or doors shall be installed unless full details have been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Such details shall be at a minimum scale of 1:10 and shall include cross-sections, profiles, reveals, surrounds, materials, finish and colour. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details. No secondary glazing shall be installed unless full details of the design, specification, method of opening, method of fixing and finish, in the form of drawings and sections of no less than 1:20 scale, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. No new stair to the basement shall be installed unless full details of the design, specification, materials, and finish, in the form of drawings and sections of no less than 1:20 scale, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
