Their report stated that the tree had split open and one side of the tree was leaning towards the highway. There was also two medium sized fractured andhanging branches and some dead wood. In the opinion of the surveyor and in consideration of its high risk position in which it was located Fountain Forestry recommended that the tree was unsafe and should be removed. It is not practical to plant a replacement tree as space and proximity to the highway does not allow. JJNov2001. Delete T1 from order |
