The tree is in a relative good health with minor defects resulting from previous pruning. The tree could be improved by being pruned to remove minor dead wood and decayed unions. Although not in leaf the tree had plenty of well formed buds. TPO amenity assessment carried out - tree scored total of 21. Recommend serving TPO as tree under threat from proposed housing development. 51/22/00001 - Consent granted to reduce lateral limbs to a max of 2.5m. Crown lift to 2.5m.
