Consent granted 01/08/2024 to remove the tree on health and safety grounds due its instability and the potential risk of the limb falling onto the shed below so therefore no formal application was required in this instance. A replacement tree has been requested in the next planting season following its removal. Email rec''d from Sedgemoor Tree Services 09/12/2024 to request a 5 day notification to remove 1No. tree as it has split at the base and has the potential risk of falling onto a neighbouring building. Consent granted 09/12/2024 to remove the tree on health and safety grounds due its instability following a recent storm so therefore no formal application was required in this instance. They have also reported another tree has fallen at the property in the recent storm. Replacement trees has been requested in the next planting season following its removal. |
