Their tree surgeon Mark Fiddes has advised a height reduction to reduce the risk in the short term and also ground heave is taking place so possible root damage. Consent granted 09/12/2024 to carry out the height reduction under 5 day notice. Therefore no formal application was required in this instance. Following further information rec''''d from landowner and their tree surgeon Mark Fiddes 10/12/2024 outlining the condition of the trees. Consent has been granted to fell 2No. trees within G1 under 5 day notice at Elmsett under health and safety grounds. It has been reported by Mark Fiddes that the neighbouring property at Nottage has had damage to 3No. trees following the recent storm. We have given consent 10/12/2024 for 3 trees to be felled within G1 under 5 day notice under health and safety grounds. Therefore no formal application was required in this instance. Replacement trees have been requested to be planted to mitigate for their loss at both properties in either this planting season or the following planting season. |
