Email rec''d from Council''s Arb Team Leader 16/09/2025 to request 5 day notice to reduce a damaged limb on southern side of Walnut T1 beyond tear out wound and reduce the remaining exposed limbs by 2-3 to suitable secondary growth. Consent granted 18/09/2025 to carry out the abovee works on health and safety grounds due to its condition and close proximity to the neighbouring properties/parking area. Therefore a formal application is not required in this instance. |
