T / 2 Individual Tree Walnut Mature 19 18 12/03/1998 Large Walnut, very nice condition. Tree surveyed 20th September 2001 by fountain forestry as instructed by Dave Aggett. Have confirmed that the inner bark of the lower stem and buttress roots has extebsive honey fungus. They recommend that due to the high risk location of the tree it should be felled as soon as possible. JJ to inspect tree and recommend replacement. Tree is to be felled Fri/Sat 18th/19th Jan 2002 and is to be replaced with Juglans "Hinsii" which is not succeptable to honey fungus.
