An application for these works is not required at this time. All works to be carried out to BS3998:2010 (Recommendation for tree works)

JAB - site meeting dated 2nd December 2009 with regard to the felling of the 2 oak trees. confirm that the 2 trees are in the dead, dying/dangerous category and can be removed. A formal application is not required prior to undertaking these works. 2 No. replacement trees should be planted to mitigate for their removal. Recommend either oak or field maple (standard – 1.8-2.1m) trees are suitable species for this location..
