The tree overhangs the adjacent property Cherry Cob and land to east (part of Battens Farm) Owner of tree Mr & Mrs Denro requested Order as their neighbour has implied he may wish to cut back to the boundary. On inspection the tree was found to be in a good condition with only minor dead wood and snags. A large lateral limb overhangs neighbours garden. This could be removed without affecting the amenity value of the tree. Two neighbours objected to TPO.
