| Group | Group Type | Species | Condition | Crown Spread | Height | Survey Date | Comments |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| T / 1 | Individual Tree | Walnut | Mature | 19 | 15 | 30/11/2006 | Well balance tree, main stem divides @ 2.5m into 3 stems forming canopy. No visible signs of decay/dead wood. Tree has had very little/no surgery. The tree is very prominent - visible from Nethermoor Road and surrounding PROW 23/09/2015 Owner son emailed concerning a broken branch on the tree that appears to have been caused by wind and the load of foliage and nuts this year, the broken branch which is touching the ground making access to beneath the canopy harder. The branch is still partially attached but leaves a broken section exposed to elements and insects, etc. to cut the broken branch off level with its connecting branch to prevent deterioration during the winter. (pictures attached with email) 34/16/00007 Consent to crown lift tree to 2.5m, reduce spread of extended limbs by a max of 3m and crown thin by a max. pf 10% to reduce density of crown. Remove limb overhanging roof of adjacent building on south side of tree. Granted 08/07/2016 |
