Reason: The Council considers that the development proposed constitutes permitted development with reference to Section 2.2 (Description of Development), Section 2.3 (LDO Parameters) and Section 2.4 (Development Permitted by the LDO) of the Gravity LDO and complies with the relevant conditions in Section 3 (Conditions) of the Gravity LDO and the relevant content of the Gravity LDO compliance documents. This determination is based on the documents submitted to support the application, as listed in Schedule A. As per Condition 5 of the Gravity LDO, the development shall be carried out in accordance with the information provided and to which this Notice of Compliance has been granted, the approved plans and documents listed in Schedule A. As per Condition 6 of the Gravity LDO, an LDO Commencement Notice shall be submitted to the LPA not less than 14 days prior to the commencement of development hereby approved
