1
The occupation of the dwelling currently known as Hill Farm as outlined in red on drawing no.23751-001 shall be limited to a person solely or mainly working, or last working in the locality in horse-related equestrian activities, agriculture (as defined in Section 336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990), or forestry, or a widow or widower of such a person and to any resident dependants. The occupation of the dwelling known as Greystones (formerly Hill Farm within planning permission 55/01/00008) shall be limited to a person solely or mainly working, or last working in the locality in agriculture (as defined in Section 336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990), or forestry, or a widow or widower of such a person and to any resident dependants. Reason: The proposal is only acceptable as a result of an established need for an equestrian worker to be on site on a permanent basis.
2
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, or any statutory instruments revoking or re-enacting the Order with or without modification, the prior written permission of the local planning authority shall be obtained for any additions, extensions or alterations to the dwelling by the submission of a planning application. Reason: To ensure that the dwelling is of a size/scale that remains affordable for a rural worker and in the interests of the character and appearance of the building.
