The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

Within 3 months of the date of this permission the rooflight to the front elevation as detailed on plan no.1263/24 PL1 Rev A shall be removed and the area of the roof reinstated to its former condition using tiles to match the existing roof. Reason: In the interests of the historic character and setting of the listed building in accordance with Policy D2 and D26 of the Sedgemoor Local Plan.
