The development hereby permitted shall be begun not later than expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Buildings in Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

No works shall be undertaken to the interior walls, floors, or ceilings until details of the proposed works have been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The details shall include a schedule of proposed build ups, treatments, and finishes for the walls, floors and ceilings, a method statement to describe the preparation of surfaces and application of the proposed treatments and finishes, and details of any attachments. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To preserve the heritage asset, its setting and its features of special architectural interest, in line with Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032 Policy D26.

No doors shall be installed unless full details have been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Such details shall be at a minimum scale of 1:10 and shall include cross-sections, profiles, reveals, surrounds, materials, finish and colour. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To preserve the heritage asset, its setting and its features of special architectural interest, in line with Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032 Policy D26.
