Conditions and Reasons

Number
Condition
Complied Date
1
Insufficient information has been provided to demonstrate that the use of the building is not longer viable or that the building has been marketted at a realistic price given the prevalence of similar accomodation within the area and the economic information on the site to date. The removal of the tourism condition would therefore be contrary to Policy D17 of the Local Plan and in the event that the use of the building for residential accomodation is not justified through the above the unrestricted residential use of this site would be contrary to the Spatial Strategy of the Local Plan, contrary to Policy S1 and C01 of the Local Plan.
2
The removal of the tourist condition would result in the use of the building as an unfettered dwelling. The accommodation comprises 2 substandard sized bedrooms for unfettered residential use due to the limited head clearance and storage resulting in a an unacceptable level of amenity for future occupiers. The removal of the condition would therefore be contrary to Policies D2 and D17 of the Local Plan.
