As evidenced by recent severance of the existing on site house from the enterprise and the applicant's extended period of living away from the site,  it has not been demonstrated that the functional need for a 24 hour day presence on site can only be meet by on site residential accommodation. As such the proposal is contrary to policy D10 of the Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032.
