The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

The proposed hawthorn hedge on the northern and eastern boundaries of the stable yard as detailed on Landscape Plan Drg No 006 A2 Rev 1 shall be planted and grown up to a minimum height of 1.2m in the first planting season of grant of this planning permission and shall thereafter be retained and maintained. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity and local landscape character in accordance Policies D2 and D19 of the Adopted Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032.

A waste management plan shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority within 3 months of the date of this permission. The details approved and shall be installed and shall thereafter be retained and maintained. Reason: In the interests of control of the disposal of waste in accordance Policy D24 of the Adopted Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032.
