The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any Order revising revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modifications), the agricultural building hereby permitted shall be used for manure covering only and shall not be used for any purpose other than agriculture , without the express permission, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interest of potential pollution impacts of development in accordance with Sedgemoor Local Plan Policy D24.
