The proposed installation of replacement double glazed windows, by reason of the design, visual appearance and loss of historic material, would result in an erosion of the character and the irreplaceable loss of historic material, to the detriment of the Grade II listed building. As such, the proposal is contrary to Policies D2 and D26 of the Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032.
