The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

The use of this garage shall be used for:- (i)         beauty/treatment room only and shall not be occupied as a person's sole or main residence, and the site operators and owners shall maintain an up to date register of the names of all clients, and shall make this information available at all reasonable times to the local planning authority. or; (ii)        beauty/treatment room to only be occupied by members of the same household as the dwelling at the site currently known as Victoria House, Fore Street, Othery, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA7 0QH. REASON:  The proposal is acceptable on the basis of providing business use and residential amenity in accordance with Policies D17 and D25 Sedgemoor Local Plan.
