The development hereby permitted shall be retained in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

Within 6 months of the date of this permission the perspex roof of the car port hereby permitted shall be removed and replaced with tiles, samples of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The roof shall be finished in accordance with the tiles so agreed and retained in perpetuity thereafter. Reason: In the interests of the historic character of the dwelling.
