Repair of listed building, comprising: like-for-like redecoration of ground-floor walls; removal and replacement of plaster to the master bedroom wall with lime plaster and decoration to match existing finishes, including replacement timber skirting and beadings to match existing; removal and subsequent rebuilding of the timber wardrobe within the master bedroom; localised repair of the damaged ceiling using plasterboard with a lime plaster skim, retaining the existing laths; replacement of the lead parapet gutter lining, substrate and supporting timberwork; installation of associated lead flashings at the existing brick chimney and parapet, with local removal and replacement of render; and temporary removal and reinstatement of the affected roof tiles and hip sections.
