The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990 ( as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

The B2 use hereby approved shall cease and the structures identified as 'A' 'B' on drawing number MLC2-0002 Rev B (Proposed Block plan), 'North welfare unit' on drawing number MLC2-0009 'West welfare unit' on drawing number MLC2-0010 shall be removed and the land shall be reinstated to its former condition on or before 31st December 2030. The 8 cycle parking spaces described within the Planning Design and Access Statement must be retained, maintained and kept free from obstruction and available for the purposes specified until 31st December 2030. Reason: In the interests of sustainable travel.

No additional lighting shall be installed other than that described within the Planning Design and Access Statement. In the event that additional lighting is required, a lighting scheme shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval. The approved details shall be implemented in full. Reason: In the interests of highway safety due to the proximity of the strategic road network
