The use of the temporary agricultural worker's dwelling hereby permitted shall be discontinued, the mobile home removed, and the land reinstated to its former condition on or before 31 May 2029. Reason: To enable the local planning authority to review the matter at the end of the limited period specified.

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in Schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

The occupation of the temporary agricultural worker's dwelling hereby approved shall be limited to a person solely or mainly working working in the locality in agriculture or a widow or widower of such a person, and to any resident dependents. Reason: This development is only acceptable in the locality on the basis of the projected agricultural need in accordance with Policy D10 of the Sedgemoor District Local Plan.
