The B2 use hereby approved shall cease and the structures identified as 'A' 'B' 'C' D' and 'E' on drawing number MLC2-0002 (MLC2 Proposed Block plan) shall be removed and the land shall be reinstated to its former condition on or before 31st December 2030. Reason: in the interests of proper planning and compliance with Local Plan Policy D2 – Promoting High Quality and Inclusive Design

The 8 cycle parking spaces described within the Planning Design and Access Statement must be retained, maintained and kept free from obstruction and available for the purposes specified until 31st December 2030. Reason: In the interests of sustainable travel.

No additional lighting shall be installed other than that described within the Planning Design and Access Statement. In the event that additional lighting is required, a lighting scheme shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval. The approved details shall be implemented in full. Reason: In the interests of highway safety due to the proximity of the strategic road network
