The proposed shed would be used for a dog grooming business and therefore would not be a use that is incidential to the enjoyment of the existing dwellinghouse. As a result of the proposed use of the shed and associated increase in activitiy that would be generated would result in a material change of use of the planning unit. As such the proposal would not be considered as permitted development under Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the General Permitted Development Order 2015.
