The use hereby permitted to station a Site Manager's mobile home shall cease, the mobile home shall be removed from the site and land restored to its former condition within 3 years from the date of this consent or within 1 month of the first occupation of the dwelling granted consent under application no. 37/20/00105, whichever is the sooner. Reason: To meet a short term need and ensure that the proposal does not result in inappropriate development within the Countryside in accordance with Policy CO1 of the Sedgemoor Local Plan.

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

The occupation of the managers caravan hereby approved shall be limited to a person solely or mainly employed as manager of the Caravan Park as shown outlined in blue on the site location plan no.1 (including any resident dependants of such person). Reason: This dwelling is only acceptable at this location because of the specific need identified in accordance with Policy CO1 of the Sedgemoor Local Plan.
