The amendments relate to the closure of a narrow pedestrian route between the apartments and one of the terraced dwelling although this is within metres of the access to the communial parking area. There is also a secondary pedestrian access retained to the south of the terrace block on Stockmoor Drive.The remaining amendments relate to the internal layout of the parking area and maintains adequate provision for the residents. The proposed amendment results in the cycle and refuge store replacing each other meaning that the rubbish is stored at distance from the residential dwellings potentially enhancing amenity.Officers are satisfied that the relocation of one parking space does not result in a detrimental impact in terms of highway safety. Based on the above officers are satisfied that the alterations shown are considered to be 'non-material' relative to the original permission.
