For the reasons set out above the amendments to the slab levels relative to the consented development are not considered to result in a material change to the application as originally consented. The topography of the site leading to the consented levels is considered to be clarified through the additional information although generally in accordance with the approach as set out and approved as part of the original application and the additional information is not therefore considered to result in a material change to the application as considered. The LEAP and LAP were consented under the previous application and the amendments to the equipment, additional landscaping and slight amendment to the position of the LAP is not considered to be materially different from the consented development. The amendments proposed are therefore considered to be non-material amendments and are accepted through this non-material amendment application.
