It is considered that the Non-Material Amendment to Planning Permission 37/18/00017 (Erection of a two storey extension to side (East) elevation, on site of existing extension (to be demolished), erection of a detached garage, partially on site of existing garage (to be demolished) and alterations to existing access) to allow for omission of second front entrance and porch from extension and retention of existing door would have no adverse impact on the character and the appearance of the approved development, harm the amenity of any surrounding properties nor it is not consequential in terms of its scale in relation to the original approval.
