The development hereby permitted shall be begun not later than expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Buildings in Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

Prior to the installation of the fencing between points and A and B as shown on 2261-PL-02 details of the materials to be used in the fencing's construction and means of installation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The fencing shall be installed in accordance with the approved details and retained as such thereafter. Reason: In the interests of the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies D2 and D17 of the Core Strategy and Policies D2 and D27 of the emerging Local Plan.
