The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990 ( as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) the use of the garage hereby permitted shall be limited to the domestic and private needs of the occupier and shall not be used for any business or other purpose whatsoever. Reason: In the interest of Highway and in accordance with policies D9 and D10 of the adopted Core Strategy.

The area allocated for parking and turning on the submitted plan (Drg No. 6) shall be kept clear of obstruction at all times and shall not be used other than for parking and turning of vehicles in connection with the development hereby permitted. Reason: In the interest of Highway and in accordance with policies D9 and D10 of the adopted Core Strategy.

Before the development hereby approved is occupied the proposed access over at least the first 6m of its length, as measured from the nearside edge of the adjoining carriageway, shall be properly consolidated and surfaced (not loose stone or gravel) in accordance with details which shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and shall be maintained as such at all times. Reason: In the interest of Highway and in accordance with policies D9 and D10 of the adopted Core Strategy.
