By virtue of the relationship of the proposed extension, including its proximity, height and depth that the development would result in an unacceptable level of loss of light to the windows and part of the garden of the neighbour's property, overlooking, loss of outlook and an increased sense of enclosure. This development would be unneighbourly and visually dominant to the detriment of the amenities of the neighbouring residents, contrary to Sedgemoor's Core Strategy Policy D16.
