The use of Terca Kassandra materials on the rear elevation would not be particularly open to view or prominent and in any case, the chosen brick by virtue of the colour and texture would not look out of character with the area. Furthermore, the reduced size of the porches and the removal of the doors would not look out of character with the area. As such it is considered that the changes are minor in nature.
