The proposal includes changes to and addition of a number of windows and doors which conflicts with condition no. 11. Furthermore, notwithstanding condition no. 11 attached to the original consent no. 31/23/00002 which restricts changes to the fenestration and additions to the roof, given the extent of the scale of the proposed alterations, including the changes to the windows and doors, materials and solar panels, the development is not minor in nature. Therefore, the alterations cannot be dealt with under the Non-Material Minor Amendment procedure.
