Proposal:
Proposed varied CONDITION TEXT: Condition 3 - New timber doors and door frames (D1 & D2) No piece of external joinery shall be installed or undertaken unless full details of that piece have been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Such details shall be at 1:5 or 1:10 and shall include cross-sections, profiles, reveal, surrounds, materials, finish and colour. Thereafter the works shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To preserve the heritage asset, its setting and its features of special architectural interest, in line with Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032 Policy D26. Condition 4 - Window & Door Replacement No window or door shall be replaced until full details have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Such details shall include a method statement, a detailed schedule of the work, including a schedule of materials and finishes, and drawings to show the details of the existing windows and the replacement. Photographic documentation of the existing condition of each window shall also be provided. The window works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved details and shall thereafter be retained in that form. Reason: To preserve the heritage asset, its setting and its features of special architectural interest, in line with Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032 Policy D26.
