The development hereby permitted shall be begun not later than expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Buildings in Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

The precise specification of the lime mortar mix to be used for pointing areas C to H (inclusive) as identified on drawing no. 41_3_03, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. The proposed pointing carried out to areas C to H (inclusive) shall incorporate the mortar mix agreed. Reason: To safeguard the character, appearance and significance of the listed building.

A one metre sample panel of the proposed rendering and re-pointing shall be prepared on site for the inspection and approval in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. The rendering and re-pointing shall be carried out in strict accordance with the approved panels. Reason: To safeguard the character, appearance and significance of the listed building.

Precise details of the proposed weather vane to a minimum scale of 1:5 including elevations with larger scale details of any elements to sufficiently describe the proposed weather vane shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. The proposed weather vane shall be constructed in strict accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the character, appearance and significance of the listed building.
