The use of the temporary mobile home hereby permitted shall be discontinued, the mobile home removed, and the land reinstated to its former condition on or before 30 April 2021. Reason: To enable the local planning authority to review the matter at the end of the limited period specified.

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in Schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

The occupation of the mobile home hereby approved shall be limited to a person solely or mainly working working in the locality in agriculture or a widow or widower of such a person, and to any resident dependents. Reason: This development is only acceptable in the locality on the basis of the projected agricultural need in accordance with Policy P6 of the Sedgemoor District Core Strategy.

Prior to the occupation of the temporary accommodation hereby permitted a Flood Warning and Evacuation Plan for the accommodation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The plan as approved shall be in effect on site thereafter at all times. Reason: In the interests of the safety of the occupants of the accommodation in a high risk flood zone and in accordance with Policies D1 of the Sedgemoor District Core Strategy and emerging Sedgemoor District Local Plan.

The siting of the mobile home shall be carried out in strict accordance with the migitgation measures outlined with the submitted flood risk assessments received 4 December 2017, 16 February 2018 and 9 April 2018. Reason: In the interests of flood risk safety of the accommodation hereby permitted and in accordance with Policies D1 of the Sedgemoor District Core Strategy and emerging Sedgemoor District Local Plan.
