The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

Within two years of the date of this permission, the caravan hereby permitted shall be removed and the land reinstated to its former condition. Reason: To enable the local planning authority to review the matter at the end of the limited period specified, in accordance with Sedgemoor Proposed Submission Local Plan Policy D11 and adopted guidance PPS7:Annex A.

The occupation of the caravan hereby approved shall be limited to persons employed at the adjoining Red Tile Public House. Reason: This development is only acceptable in the locality on the basis of supporting the commercial needs of the Red Tile public house in accordance with Sedgemoor Adopted Core Strategy Policy D5 and Sedgemoor Proposed Submission Local Plan Policy D11 and adopted guidance PPS7:Annex A.
