No credible business case has been provided to support the implementation of this holiday accommodation proposal in this location. There is no benefit arising as a result which offsets the harm to the character of the countryside and setting of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The proposal is therefore contrary to policies CO1, D17 and D19.
