Condition
Complied Date
1
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990 ( as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
2
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
3
No development hereby approved shall take place until the applicant, or their agents or successors in title, has secured the implementation of a programme of archaeological work in accordance with a scheme of investigation which has been submitted by the applicant and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Reason: To mitigate the effect of the works associated with the development upon any heritage assets and to ensure that information regarding these heritage assets is preserved by record for this and future generations. This is a pre-commencement condition to ensure potential archaeological deposits are identified and recorded prior to works being undertaken.
4
External lighting on the development hereby approved shall be limited to a standard wall mounted emergency light over the rear gable fire exit door and emergency lighting to the soffit above the new entrance door. This external lighting will only operate during school opening hours and for emergency escape purposes only. Reason: Additional external lighting could be detrimental to the foraging and commuting activities of bats, which are a protected species.
