The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990 ( as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans listed in schedule A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

The floodlights herby approved, shall be switched off between 2100 - 0600 hours anyday of the week. Reason: To safeguard the local bat population from light pollution

The western floodlight to be fitted with a shield to limit light spill towards Cheddar Reservoir. Reason: To protect the local bat population by preventing illumination of surrounding area

Prior to the first operation of the new floodlights, the four existing floodlights shall be removed from the site. Reason: To protect the area from light pollution.
