Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any Order revising revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modifications), the prior permission of the local planning authority shall be sought for any additions or extensions to the dwelling by the submissions of a planning application. Reason: The proposed private garden areas are limited and further extensions could reduce the amount of amenity space to an unacceptable level.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any Order revising revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modifications), the prior written permission of the local planning authority shall be obtained for the insertion of any new windows, other than the hereby approved, at first floor level in any elevation by the submission of a planning application made for this purpose. Reason: To protect the existing amenities of adjoining residents.

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed Site, Roof, Floor & Elevations Plan Drg No. F1837 100C Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
