4

To ensure the development contributes to enhancing biodiversity where possible as set out in the National Planning Policy Framework.
5
Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved, a Schwegler 1B nest box or similar with a 32mm hole will be mounted on a suitable tree on or adjacent to the site at 3 metres above ground level and facing an aspect between north and east and shall be retained and maintained thereafter in perpetuity. To ensure the development contributes to enhancing biodiversity where possible as set out in the National Planning Policy Framework.
