This is an application to determine whether prior approval is required is for the erection of a single-storey rear extension, extending 4.9m from the rear of the dwelling. It is concluded that the development does satisfy the conditions and limitations set out under Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). Therefore, prior approval is granted for the proposed development. The development must be completed within three years from the date of this proposal.
