The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990 ( as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).

Waste shall be disposed of in accordance with the waste management plan dated 6 September 2021 and plan no.973-02 Rev A and thereafter maintained as such. Reason: To prevent undue problems to neighbours from flies, smells and unwanted smoke in accordance with Policy D25 of the Sedgemoor Local Plan.
