The NMA seeks an amendment to Condition 6 of OPP 09/21/00017 and the final wording is as follows: Details of the new roundabout on Westonzoyland Road and main vehicular access to the site shall be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority prior to commencement of these highway works. Such details shall be generally in accordance with the details shown on drawing No. PHL-104C. No occupation shall take place until the new roundabout and main vehicular access has been installed in its entirety and is operational, in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the provision of suitable access infrastructure in accordance with Policy D14 of the Sedgemoor Local Plan (2011-2032).
