The change of external facing brick to be used as the primary material on the facing elevations from Terca Caldera red multi-facing to The Bespoke Brick Company colour Churchill (also a red brick, similar in colour to the approved brick but with a more organic appearance, having greater natural colour variations), is considered an improvement in hue and texture and is not considered to involve a material change in the appearance of the development.
