The first floor window hereby permitted in the eastern elevation of the extension shall be fitted with obscure glazing and shall be non-opening below 1.7m above the finished floor level of the room in which the window is installed. The window shall thereafter be retained as such in perpetuity. Reason: To safeguard the privacy and amenity of neighbouring occupiers, in accordance with Policy D25 of the Sedgemoor Local Plan (2011-2032).
