Within 2 months of the date of this consent, electric vehicle charging points capable of at least 7kW, an untethered connection i.e. only a socket without a built in cable, and capable of Mode 3 charging should be provided for each of the parking spaces and shall remain available to use for all time thereafter. Reason: In the interests of sustainable development and In the interests of highway safety in accordance with Policy D14 of the Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032.

Within 2 months of the date of this consent, adequate cycle storage shall be provided to accommodate 13 cycles and shall remain available to use for all time thereafter. The area allocated for vehicle parking on the submitted plan, drawing number TPC/Emp/4B, shall be provided and shall be kept clear of obstruction and shall only be used for the said purpose and not for any other purposes. Reason: In the interests of highway safety in accordance with Policy D14 of the Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032.
